An Avuncular DNA Test determines the statistical probability that a person is the biological aunt or uncle of an alleged niece or nephew.  A DNA Paternity Test provides you with conclusive results, however Avuncular tests are different.  The laboratory will use an avuncular index which will determine whether the two individuals tested are likely to be biological relatives.
